As of June 1, 2012, Dyadic’s patent portfolio consists of ten U.S. and 60 foreign patents, 12 pending U.S. and 39 pending foreign patent applications as well as numerous U.S. and foreign publications, including, but not limited to, seven international patent cooperation treaty publications.

In addition, Dyadic has developed an extensive body of technical know-how regarding R&D of various fermentation technologies from scale-up to large-scale commercialization which Dyadic protects through confidentiality and other agreements which contain restrictive covenants.
